Ben Forta's writing style is easy to digest and let's you learn PL/SQL quickly. Ben breaks down PL/SQL concepts better than what you can find online. I like his writing style so much that i bought the Regular Expressions book too. Get this book if you are a PeopleSoft user who is new to PL/SQL reporting. There is still plenty to learn if you are already using PL/SQL today. You won't regret buying this book.
Really helpful...I know SQL but Microsoft uses syntax not available in Oracle and vice versa...helped me out ALOT
