Recipes are good but need to tweek cooking times and addition of ingredients so food isn't over done according to directions.
I purchased GoWise pressure cooker because they were on promo as at the time I needed to buy a pressure cooker. But I have been finding it difficult locating tasty recipes to cook on it, except few I got from Pinterest. I just bought this cookbook to give it a try. I think this pressure cookbook does some cooking magic. It also thought me some cooking shortcuts, especially about pressure release. This cookbook has always been my cooking companion since then. I recommend it especially for pressure cooker beginners!
I have been looking for a good recipe cookbook for my t-fal electric pressure cooker, but could not find a good one until I found this cookbook. Although it does not have enough recipe images, but the cooking steps are written step by step and are easy to follow. I think I will recommend it for anyone looking for a good pressure cooker cookbook. It also gave me some pressure cooker maintenance tips which really helped me get used to my t-fal pressure cooker.
My husband bought this cookbook. At first, I thought I wouldn't love it until I went through it. It has many delicious and easy to prepare and cook meals for any pressure cooker. A big thanks to the author. God bless you!
I felt reluctant in buying this cookbook because I have bought about 3 multi pot electric pressure cooker cookbook which never impressed me. This one is totally different! It has many delicious meals especially for special seasons. I always find myself coming back to this cookbook to pick a recipe to cook.
I am giving this 4stars because the first recipe I made did not work.I made taco with lentils.I followed directions and it almost burned b cuz not enough liguids.The second recipe I made was Chicken cacciatore and it came out good.B careful with beans...make sure you add enough liquid.
